  1. Prepare your base:
    Place one half of a graham cracker on a plate or roasting stick surface. Top it with a square of chocolate.
  2. Roast the marshmallow:
    • If you’re at a campfire: place the marshmallow on a skewer and hold it over the flame, rotating slowly until golden brown (or charred, if you like it that way).
    • If indoors: you can toast the marshmallow over a gas stove, in the oven broiler for 1–2 minutes, or in the microwave for about 10–15 seconds (watch closely!).
  3. Assemble:
    Sandwich the roasted marshmallow between the chocolate and the other half of the graham cracker.
    Press gently until the chocolate starts to melt.
  4. Enjoy!
    Let it cool for a few seconds and dig in!
